Howard University East Campus is a proposed master planned development of a 23 acre site owned by Howard University located in the Brookland neighborhood of Washington DC. The future of the site is a true livelong living/learning community – integrating a new “campus” into a diverse masterplanned community of predominately residential uses. Greene Enterprises has served as Owner’s Rep for FLGA Real Estate Group since 2017 and was integral to company success in project award through a competitive solicitation against some of the nation’s top development partners. Since award, Greene Enterprises has supported ownership through phase 1 and 2 site due diligence and planning for the University, ongoing community engagement and project charetting, preliminary entitlements and master development agreement negotiations on behalf of FLGA.
